Dr. Sameer Rohadia

Dr. Sameer Rohadia is an experienced academic and data professional with degrees in Engineering, MBA (IT), a PhD in ERP, and a Master's in Data Science from Bologna Business School. With over 25 years of teaching and corporate exposure across India and Germany, he brings a strong blend of industry insight and academic depth.

He currently works as a Business Intelligence Developer in Hannover while also serving as an IT trainer and adjunct professor. A certified expert in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Azure, he has trained 22,000+ learners through 220+ workshops. He has received multiple teaching excellence awards and continues to teach Business Analytics to global students.

Dr. Zulfiqar Islam

Zulfiqar Muhammad Aslam is a Senior Instructor of Innovation, Technology & Entrepreneurship at United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), where he combines academic rigour with a strong entrepreneurial drive. He also pursues a global DBA at Durham University Business School, underscoring his commitment to both practice and research.

An accomplished inventor, he holds at least two U.S. patents, including one for a deep-learning-enhanced haptic holographic system. His research spans IoT cloud platforms, M2M integration, and therapeutic interfaces, and he has led award-winning initiatives at innovation exhibitions.

Dr. Soly Biju Mathew

Dr. Soly Mathew Biju is an experienced academic and IT professional with over 25 years in academia and industry. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, an MBA in IT Management, and serves as an Associate Professor at UOWD. A Chartered Engineer and Chartered IT Professional, she has earned multiple teaching excellence awards.

Her research spans machine learning, data security, software testing, cryptography, and e-learning. She leads the Global Health and Wellbeing Cluster at UOWD and has published extensively, holds patents, and is frequently invited to serve as a keynote speaker at international conferences.
