ITM Skills University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Raymond Ltd. to deliver a structured corporate training program aimed at enhancing the skills and capabilities of Raymond employees. Under this initiative, ITM will provide targeted training in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and Retail during the initial phase. The program follows a three-tiered structure—Foundation, Application, and Specialization—to ensure practical, on-the- job learning and leadership development. It will later be expanded to include other key functions such as Design, Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources, aligning employee growth with Raymond’s strategic objectives. With this collaboration, ITM Skills University reaffirms its commitment to delivering industry-aligned training and empowering organizations through future-focused workforce development.
