| A Professor - Chairperson | At least one member or the Chairperson shall be a woman and at least one member or the Chairperson shall be from the reserve category. GRC may prefer an appeal to the Ombudsperson. The Ombudsperson shall be a retired Vice-Chancellor or a retired Professor or a former District Judge. | ||||
